My name is Elisabetta and I’ve always been fond of cats.

When Nantu-Shan, my first Birman, came into my life I realized at once that she was utterly different from all the cats I had had before. In what way?   Birmans are affectionate, sweet natured and playful besides being breathtakingly beautiful; I fell so much in love that I decided to have some Birman kittens always with me. Hence my decision to breed these adorable animals.

Since I live in an apartment, I had to decide not to keep too many of them at the same time; from the best breeders in Italy (and recently in Europe as well) I selected a restricted number of breeding cats who live free in the house. In choosing my Birmans I paid particular attention to their good temperament and, of course, to their beauty.

My experience has grown going to cat shows, both as a visitor and exhibitor. Sometimes the kittens are born on my bed and sometimes in my wardrobe and they all have close contact with humans from the start: that is why my Birman kittens are particularly sociable. They are all seen regularly by my vet and I pay particular attention to their diet.

The decision to share your life with a Sacred Cat of Burma is a wonderful but demanding experience, since the Birman kitten expects to be deeply loved and to be part of our daily life.
